Charming, but not altogether kind, Paca runs a tight ship with a crew that equally respects and fears her. She's not afraid to dole out punishment but for those who catch her favor, she’s exceedingly kind, and she doesn't have qualms against pitting crew members against one another. She has a sharp sense of wit and quick reflexes, which she puts to good use against the dangers she and her crew come across in their travels.
As a searcher, she's attracted to competence above all else. She wants to know she’s sending the Refugium candidates who really can raise a dragon. She doesn't care what sort of creatures she picks up or what their walks in life are.
Paca is rarely seen without her bond, Madigass, trailing close behind her, awaiting orders.
